Delivery Information

In an effort to provide a smooth and seamless buying experience, we’ve put together this page to help you understand how our delivery process works, how long things take, and what you should expect when buying from us.

Collections

Eager to get your hands on your new goods? We get it. Collections are available as an alternative to delivery.  

⚠️ However, to ensure a safe and smooth experience for both you and us, collections work a little differently to a typical walk-in pickup.

Here’s how it works:

  1. During checkout, select Collection or Pick-Up instead of a delivery option and continue to payment. 
  2. Once your order has been paid for, our staff immediately starts processing your order by getting all the items ready. The time this takes depends on the items you have chosen, and the quantities thereof. Usually, if your ordered items are in stock, your order will be ready for collection by the following business day. We regrettably do not allow partial-collections under any circumstances.
  3. Once your order is ready, we will notify you and arrange a collection date and time. Please do not arrive at our premises without us confirming a date and time.
  4. You collect your order on the agreed date and time. 

⚠️ Please do not arrive before we notify you that your order is ready. In some instances we may not necessarily hold one or more items on your order in stock. Arriving unannounced or unscheduled only causes frustration and inconvenience. 

Standard Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery within the borders of the Republic of South Africa. Our estimated delivery times are listed below:

  • Johannesburg and Pretoria Main Areas: 1-3 working days
  • Cape Town and Durban Main Areas: 2-4 working days
  • Outlying Areas: 3-5 working days

While we generally aim to have your order packed, shipped and delivered to you as soon as possible, there are some factors that may be outside of our control and ultimately affects your delivery time. 

Please use these times as a guideline only. 

The Process

1. Order Processing

Once you’ve checked out and paid for your order, our staff immediately starts processing your order by getting all the items ready for shipping. The time this takes depends on the items you have chosen, and the quantities thereof. Usually, if your ordered items are in stock, your order will be ready for courier collection by the following business day.

Any delays we may face will be communicated to you through email notifications. You can always track the status of your order by accessing your account

2. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been processed we will notify you with details to track your shipment. This will include your tracking number as well as the courier who we shipped your order with. During this phase you will receive numerous updates via email and/or SMS as your order progresses through the delivery network.

3. Delivery to Your Location

Our trusted couriers, The Courier Guy, Fastway and others, ensures your order arrives safely and on-time. Our couriers typically deliver Monday through Friday excluding any public holidays. Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a notification with a precise window.

Important

In-Stock Items: The delivery times mentioned on this page applies to items that are marked as “In Stock” at the time of placing your order. If an item happens to be out of stock, it may take some additional time for us to fulfill your order. This may potentially affect your delivery time; we will communicate any delays to you. 

Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet the delivery estimates provided, there are occasional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather conditions, courier delays, protest action, strikes, etc.) that may affect delivery times. Should there be any unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly.

Remote or Rural Areas: For deliveries to outlying or rural areas (like Plots, Farms and Townships), please allow for additional delivery time as these regions typically do not have daily courier services.

Shipment to PO Box Addresses: Our trusted courier partners specialise in door-to-door deliveries. Only physical addresses within South Africa will be accepted.

International Shipping

Our eCommerce and professional offerings are aimed at the South African market. At this time we do not service or facilitate sales to international destinations.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your total basket weight.
