Design & Low-Profile Heatsink
The Gammix D35 design carries over identically from the 8GB variant — and that’s the point. The Gammix D35 boasts a low-profile heatsink that fits perfectly in smaller PC cases and avoids interfering with tower CPU coolers, making it one of the few CL16 XMP gaming modules that can be safely installed alongside large tower air coolers without measuring clearance obsessively. The compact triangular outline is specifically designed for gamers with unique personalities who want a clean, distinctive aesthetic without RGB. The all-black anodised aluminium heat spreader keeps thermals in check during sustained XMP operation.
Performance & XMP 2.0
The AX4U320016G16A-SBKD35 runs at a tested speed of 3200MT/s with CL16-20-20 tested latency at 1.35V, with Intel XMP 2.0 supported for one-click BIOS overclocking to the rated speed. Without XMP enabled the module defaults to JEDEC base speed — XMP must be activated in BIOS to unlock DDR4-3200 at CL16.
💡 XMP must be enabled for rated speed: Without activating XMP 2.0 in BIOS (or DOCP/EXPO on AMD), this module defaults to JEDEC speed — typically DDR4-2666 or lower. Enable XMP to unlock DDR4-3200 at CL16-20-20. This is normal behaviour, not a defect.
