Description
Mesh Front Panel with Practical Airflow Design
The NX292 ARGB keeps things functional with a mesh front panel designed to allow steady intake airflow across the three front-mounted fans. Unlike premium cases with sculpted or geometric mesh patterns, the NX292’s front is clean and understated — well suited to a build that prioritises performance over visual drama. Top and bottom dust filters are included as standard, managing dust ingress without requiring tool-free magnetic setups. It’s a no-nonsense airflow design that covers the bases cleanly.
Four ARGB Fans, Pre-Installed and Ready
The ARGB variant of the NX292 ships with four 120mm ARGB fans pre-installed — three handling front intake and one at the rear for exhaust — giving the build solid thermal coverage from the first power-on. An LED control button on the front I/O panel lets you toggle lighting effects without any software dependency. The chassis supports up to eight fans simultaneously, with additional mounting positions available at the top and PSU shroud for builders who want to push cooling further down the line.
Hardware Compatibility and Build Essentials
The NX292 ARGB supports a wider motherboard range than most cases in its class, accommodating E-ATX, ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX boards. Front radiator support goes up to 360mm, making it compatible with standard 240mm and 360mm AIO coolers despite its budget positioning. Storage is handled with two 3.5″/2.5″ combo bays and two dedicated 2.5″ SSD bays across seven expansion slots. PSU length maxes out at 165mm with the HDD tray in place — a tighter limit than pricier mid-towers — but extends to 300mm once the tray is removed.
⚠️ GPU Length Note: Maximum GPU clearance is 320mm. Most mainstream and mid-range cards fall within this limit, but verify your card’s length before building — some higher-end triple-slot models exceed this figure and will not fit without modification.
⚠️ PSU Length Note: With the HDD tray installed, PSU length is capped at 165mm. Longer PSUs require removing the HDD tray entirely. Check your PSU dimensions against this limit before committing to a build configuration.
⚠️ Front I/O Note: The NX292 ARGB provides one USB 3.0 port and two USB 2.0 ports on the front panel. If your workflow relies on multiple front USB 3.0 connections, factor this in when comparing to higher-tier options.
