The RTX™ A400 4GB GDDR6 is NVIDIA’s entry-level professional workstation GPU, running the full NVIDIA professional driver stack with ISV certification across CAD, BIM, and visualisation applications. Unlike consumer GeForce cards, it is designed for sustained 24/7 operation and delivers stable, certified performance in applications such as AutoCAD, Revit, and similar professional software. It occupies the PCIe 4.0 x16 (operating at x8) expansion slot in the 8.6L chassis, with display output via HDMI 1.4 and DisplayPort 1.4 on the rear.

The 512GB M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD handles primary storage, with a second M.2 2280 slot and two SATA 6Gb/s ports available for expansion. Front I/O covers 2x USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, 1x USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C, a 3.5mm combo audio jack, and a 2-in-1 SD/MMC card reader. ⚠️ Display outputs route through the RTX™ A400 only — onboard video is inactive when the discrete GPU is installed. The P500SV’s DisplayPort does not support Dual-Mode (DP++); passive DP-to-HDMI/DVI adapters will not function.
