Built in South Africa to international 19-inch rack standards using precision computerised machinery, the bolted easy-assembly frame is constructed from 1.2mm cold-rolled mild steel (CRMS), phosphated and powder-coated to 50–70 microns for a durable, corrosion-resistant black finish.

Perforated Front, Mesh Rear, Removable Sides

The perforated front door maximises passive airflow into the cabinet, reducing thermal buildup across densely populated rack equipment — particularly relevant for active switching, compute nodes, and rack-mount UPS units that run hot under sustained load. Double mesh rear doors allow warm air to exhaust freely, completing the airflow loop. Removable side panels provide full access for cabling, equipment installation, and maintenance without the constraints of a fixed-panel enclosure. The front door includes a lock, keeping equipment secured without compromising ventilation.

Internal mounting rails are fully adjustable both vertically and horizontally to accommodate a wide range of equipment depths and configurations across 800mm of internal clearance.
