Where many AiOs in this class use efficient U-series mobile chips, the 12SD0013SA is built around the Intel Core i7-13620H — a full 10-core (6P+4E), 16-thread H-series processor running at 2.4GHz base with Turbo Boost up to 4.9GHz and 24MB cache. This gives it meaningfully more headroom for sustained workloads, multi-application multitasking, and processing-intensive office tasks compared to its i5 stablemates. Combined with 16GB DDR5-5200MHz RAM (1 slot free, upgradeable to 32GB) and a 512GB M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 Opal 2.0 SSD, there’s plenty of performance to spare for demanding SMB workloads.

Comfort-First Display

The 23.8-inch FHD (1920×1080) IPS anti-glare panel runs at 100Hz with a 99% sRGB colour gamut, 250 nits, and a 1300:1 contrast ratio. It carries three TÜV Rheinland certifications — Flicker Free, Low Blue Light, and Ultra Low Noise — making it an unusually well-considered choice for all-day use in any office environment. The borderless design and 89° wide-view angles keep the workspace looking sharp and uncluttered.

Audio, Camera & Privacy

The integrated Harman-certified 3W×2 stereo speakers deliver noticeably richer audio than typical AiO built-ins — a genuine advantage for open-plan offices and frequent video calls. The dual-microphone array handles audio pickup cleanly. The 5MP IR camera supports Windows Hello face authentication and includes a physical camera shutter latch to block the lens mechanically when not in use.

Connectivity & Ports

The rear I/O provides 1× USB-A (USB 3.2 Gen 2 / 10Gbps), 2× USB-A (USB 2.0), HDMI-in 1.4, HDMI-out 2.1 TMDS, and Gigabit Ethernet. The left side adds 1× USB-C (USB 3.2 Gen 2 / 10Gbps, data transfer only) and a 3.5mm headphone/mic combo jack. Wireless connectivity is Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 (802.11ax dual-band) and Bluetooth 5.2. There is no card reader and no optical drive on this model.

Security & Deployment

Windows 11 Pro 64-bit ships out of the box. Security is covered by firmware TPM 2.0 integrated in the SoC, a Kensington lock slot (on units manufactured from February 2025 onward), and comprehensive BIOS-level protection including Intel BIOS Guard, secure boot, power-on password, and never-crash self-healing BIOS. A Lenovo USB Calliope keyboard and mouse are included.

⚠️ Note: The i7-13620H is an H-series processor — it delivers meaningfully more performance than U-series alternatives, but runs slightly warmer and draws more power accordingly. The single occupied SO-DIMM slot is the only RAM slot — upgrading to 32GB means replacing the existing 16GB module. The USB-C port on this model is data transfer only — it does not support power delivery or DisplayPort output. No card reader or optical drive is included.
