The 27″ Step Up

The 12SB0013SA takes the proven Neo 50a Gen 5 platform and scales it up to a 27-inch display — a meaningful increase in screen real estate for users who work across multiple documents, spreadsheets, or applications simultaneously. The processor, RAM, storage, port layout, and audio system are identical to the 24″ 12SD0013SA, but the larger panel runs at a brighter 300 nits (vs 250 nits) and offers considerably more working space for productivity-intensive roles.

H-Series Core i7 Performance

At the heart of the system is the Intel Core i7-13620H — a 10-core (6P+4E), 16-thread H-series processor running at 2.4GHz base with Turbo Boost up to 4.9GHz and 24MB cache. Paired with 16GB DDR5-5200MHz SO-DIMM RAM (1 slot free, upgradeable to 32GB) and a 512GB M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 Opal 2.0 SSD, this is a capable configuration for demanding office workloads, video conferencing, and multi-application multitasking. Intel UHD Graphics handles integrated display output, with dual-monitor support via the built-in display and HDMI out.

Comfort-First 27″ Display

The 27-inch FHD (1920×1080) IPS anti-glare panel runs at 100Hz with 300 nits of brightness, 99% sRGB colour, and a 1300:1 contrast ratio. It carries the full set of TÜV Rheinland certifications — Flicker Free, Low Blue Light, and Ultra Low Noise — making it as easy on the eyes at the end of the day as it is at the start. The borderless design and 89° wide-view angles round out a premium display experience for a business AiO.

Audio, Camera & Privacy

Harman-certified 3W×2 stereo speakers deliver rich, clear audio for video calls and media — a meaningful step above what most AiOs offer at this price point. The dual-microphone array keeps voice pickup clean in most office environments. The 5MP IR webcam supports Windows Hello face authentication and includes a physical camera shutter latch for mechanical privacy when not in use.

Connectivity & Ports

The rear I/O provides 1× USB-A (USB 3.2 Gen 2 / 10Gbps), 2× USB-A (USB 2.0), HDMI-in 1.4, HDMI-out 2.1 TMDS, and Gigabit Ethernet. The left side adds 1× USB-C (USB 3.2 Gen 2 / 10Gbps, data transfer only) and a 3.5mm headphone/mic combo jack. Wireless connectivity is Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 (802.11ax dual-band) and Bluetooth 5.2. There is no card reader and no optical drive on this model.

Security & Deployment

Windows 11 Pro 64-bit ships out of the box. Security is covered by firmware TPM 2.0, a Kensington lock slot (on units manufactured from February 2025 onward), Intel BIOS Guard, secure boot, power-on password, and never-crash self-healing BIOS. A Lenovo USB Calliope keyboard and mouse are included.

⚠️ Note: The 27″ model at FHD (1920×1080) resolution results in a lower pixel density than the 24″ variant — text and interface elements will appear slightly larger, which some users prefer, but those wanting sharper rendering at 27″ may prefer a QHD display. The single SO-DIMM slot means upgrading to 32GB requires replacing the existing 16GB module rather than adding a second one. The USB-C port is data transfer only — no power delivery or DisplayPort output.
