Locally Built, Desktop-Grade Performance
Unlike most all-in-one PCs that use mobile or embedded processors, the PCBuilder Fusion 24″ is assembled locally in South Africa around a genuine desktop-class Intel Core i5-14400 on an LGA1700 socketed Intel H610 motherboard. The i5-14400 is a 6-core processor running at 2.5GHz base with Turbo Boost up to 4.7GHz — the same CPU you’d find in a mid-range tower build, not a stripped-down laptop chip. Combined with 16GB of Crucial DDR4 3200MHz SO-DIMM RAM and a 1TB Crucial Gen4 NVMe SSD, this unit delivers responsive, no-compromise performance for everyday business and productivity workloads.
Display
The 24-inch Full HD (1920×1080) IPS panel is mounted on an adjustable stand with tilt and swivel, letting you dial in the viewing angle for your specific workspace. It’s a comfortable size for extended use, with enough screen real estate for multitasking across multiple applications without feeling cramped.
Connectivity
The Fusion 24″ covers the essentials for business connectivity: Gigabit LAN and dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz/5GHz) for wired or wireless networking, plus a built-in power supply that keeps the setup self-contained. While the port selection is more modest than the ASUS ExpertCenter range, it handles the fundamentals for a standard office workstation deployment.
Windows 11 Pro & Deployment
This PRO variant ships with Windows 11 Professional 64-bit, covering domain join, BitLocker, Remote Desktop, and Group Policy for business environments. It includes the PCBuilder ALPHA Silent Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo, so it’s ready to use out of the box.
⚠️ Note: The LGA1700 socket means the CPU is technically replaceable, but realistically the H610 chipset limits overclocking and some advanced features. RAM is DDR4, not DDR5 — this is a trade-off in favour of cost and the desktop platform rather than a shortcoming. As a locally assembled unit, warranty and support are handled through PCBuilder’s South African distribution channel rather than a global OEM. Also note that this unit does not include a built-in webcam — an external camera will be needed for video conferencing.
