The MAG CoreFrozr AA13 brings back the Core Frozr name under MSI’s mainstream MAG sub-brand, aimed at everyday gaming and high-end users alike. Built with the same attention to detail MSI brings to its motherboards and GPUs, it’s a well-rounded single-tower cooler that balances thermal performance, acoustics, and aesthetics.
Direct-Touch Heat Pipes for Maximum Efficiency
Four 6mm copper heat pipes are placed directly against the CPU surface, constantly drawing thermal energy away and channelling it across 50 tightly packed cooling fins. This direct-touch design pulls heat from the CPU to the 50-fin radiator with minimal resistance, keeping temperatures stable even under sustained workloads.
CycloBlade 7 ARGB PWM Fan
MSI’s CycloBlade 7 fan features a hybrid blade design delivering powerful airflow and high static pressure. The rifle bearing fan spins between 510 and 2070 RPM with PWM control, delivering 62.6 CFM of airflow and 2.36 mmH2O static pressure at a maximum of 30.11 dBA — impressively quiet for the performance on offer. Translucent fan blades amplify the ARGB lighting effect beautifully.
ARGB Lighting via MSI Center
ARGB GEN1 lighting effects are fully customisable through MSI Center, syncing seamlessly with other MSI components in your build. The top cover features a finely laser-etched MSI Dragon emblem for a premium finishing touch.
Hassle-Free Installation
Thermal paste comes pre-applied and the Intel mounting bracket is pre-installed, allowing for faster, cleaner, and more convenient installation right out of the box. AMD mounting hardware is included in the box as well.
