It’s not competing with Core i3 or i5 variants on raw performance, and it doesn’t need to: for office document work, browser-based applications, video conferencing, digital signage, and point-of-sale systems, the N100 delivers exactly what’s needed at a significantly lower price point. This configured variant arrives with 8GB DDR4-3200, a 512GB Gen3 M.2 NVMe SSD, and Windows 11 Home already installed — connect your peripherals and you’re operational.

Connectivity — Solid Fundamentals in a Tiny Footprint

The rear panel provides dual HDMI 2.1 (4K@60Hz each), two USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports (10Gbps), and a 2.5GbE RJ45 LAN port. The front adds two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports (5Gbps), a USB-C with DisplayPort Alt Mode and Power Delivery passthrough, a 3.5mm combo audio jack, and a microSD card reader (up to 32GB). Intel Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 handle wireless. The included VESA mount bracket attaches the unit directly behind a compatible monitor for a clean, cable-tidy installation.

⚠️ Efficiency Processor — Not a Core i3/i5 Replacement: The Intel N100 is an efficiency-class chip designed for light, sustained workloads. It handles everyday office tasks and signage applications comfortably, but is not suited to heavier multitasking, large spreadsheet processing, or any CPU-intensive application. If your workload is more demanding, consider the CUBE-I3 or CUBE-I5 variants.

⚠️ 8GB Single-Channel RAM: This variant uses a single 8GB DDR4 SO-DIMM. Unlike the dual-channel configurations in higher CUBE models, single-channel memory provides less memory bandwidth — a factor that can affect performance in memory-sensitive tasks. The slot can be upgraded to a single stick of up to 16GB if needed.

⚠️ Windows 11 Home Included: This unit ships with Windows 11 Home pre-installed. If your deployment requires Windows 11 Pro (for domain join, remote desktop hosting, BitLocker, or Group Policy), a Pro upgrade licence is available separately in the Ringwood Digital Store.
