Dual-CCD Zen 5 with 3D V-Cache

The 9950X3D is comparable to the 9800X3D in most gaming scenarios — sometimes trading places — while in production workloads it performs similarly to the 9950X. One CCD carries the 2nd generation 3D V-Cache stack for gaming; the second standard CCD boosts to higher frequencies for productivity. The result is a chip that does everything at the highest level.

128MB of L3 Cache

One of the 9950X3D’s greatest strengths is its enormous 128MB of L3 cache, ensuring significantly improved performance especially in demanding games — while PCIe 5.0 support guarantees a high degree of future-proofing for fast components.
