Built on AMD’s 7nm RDNA 2 architecture, the RX 6700 XT brings 40 compute units (2560 stream processors) and AMD’s Infinity Cache — a 96MB on-die cache that effectively boosts memory bandwidth well beyond what the 192-bit bus alone would suggest, allowing the card to punch significantly above its memory interface width in real-world gaming workloads. At 1440p across a wide range of titles, the RX 6700 XT remains a competitive performer, and the 12GB GDDR6 frame buffer running at 16 Gbps gives it more VRAM than many newer cards at similar price points. Axial-Tech Dual Fan Cooling

Dual ball fan bearings extend fan lifespan significantly over sleeve-bearing designs. The 0dB mode kicks in during light load and desktop use, spinning the fans down completely for silent operation. A full-length metal backplate prevents PCB flex during handling and installation, and Auto-Extreme automated manufacturing keeps soldering quality consistent throughout.
