Gigabyte GeForce RTX™ 5060 Ti Windforce OC Max (16GB GDDR7)
R12,855.00 inc. VAT
The Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5060 Ti WINDFORCE MAX OC steps up from the RTX 5060 with 4,608 CUDA cores and a doubled VRAM buffer — 16GB of GDDR7 on a 128-bit bus — giving it genuine headroom for 1440p gaming, high-texture workloads, and content creation that would push the 8GB RTX 5060 to its limits. Factory-clocked to 2587 MHz, cooled by the WINDFORCE MAX Hawk fan dual-fan system with server-grade thermal gel and composite heat pipes, in a compact 208 mm 2-slot design.

Description
RTX 5060 Ti: More Cores, Double the VRAM
The step from RTX 5060 to RTX 5060 Ti is meaningful in two ways. CUDA core count increases from 3,840 to 4,608, a 20% uplift in raw shader throughput. More significantly for long-term usability, VRAM doubles to 16GB of GDDR7 — still on the 128-bit bus, but at 28 Gbps delivering 448 GB/s of bandwidth. That 16GB buffer is the RTX 5060 Ti’s defining advantage over every 8GB RTX 5060 variant: modern AAA titles at high texture settings, 1440p gaming with ray tracing enabled, and GPU-accelerated creative workloads like video editing and 3D rendering all benefit from the additional headroom. The factory boost clock reaches 2587 MHz, above the 2572 MHz reference, with the full Blackwell feature set: DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation, NVIDIA Reflex 2 with Frame Warp, fourth-generation RT Cores, and fifth-generation Tensor Cores.
WINDFORCE MAX Cooling
The “MAX” designation signals the larger-footprint WINDFORCE cooler with upgraded fan technology rather than a higher clock ceiling. The WINDFORCE MAX system combines Hawk fans with server-grade thermal conductive gel across the GPU die, VRAM, and MOSFETs. Hawk fans deliver 53.6% higher air pressure than conventional axial fans, with graphene nano lubricant extending sleeve bearing life by 2.1× while reducing noise. The complete WINDFORCE system adds alternate fan spinning to reduce turbulence, composite copper heat pipes, a copper plate with direct GPU contact, 3D active fan semi-passive idle, and screen cooling fins. A reinforced structure braces the PCB against sag — practical on a dual-fan card that’s lighter than triple-fan alternatives but still heavier than a basic cooler. No RGB on this variant; the aesthetic is clean matte black.
WINDFORCE MAX OC vs WINDFORCE OC — What’s the Difference
Both the WINDFORCE MAX OC and the standard WINDFORCE OC on the RTX 5060 Ti share the same 2587 MHz boost clock. The MAX variant uses a physically larger heatsink with the upgraded WINDFORCE MAX cooler configuration, resulting in the higher 650W PSU recommendation versus the standard WINDFORCE OC. Choose the MAX for builds with adequate PSU headroom where sustained thermal headroom under extended load matters; both deliver identical peak performance.
Power and Connectivity
A single 8-pin PCIe power connector handles the card’s power needs, with a 650W PSU recommendation — higher than the RTX 5060 variants due to the Ti’s increased TDP. Display outputs cover 3× DisplayPort 2.1b and 1× HDMI 2.1b, supporting up to 4 simultaneous displays at 7680×4320. The card measures 208 × 120 × 40 mm and connects via PCIe 5.0 x16 slot at x8 electrical, fully backwards compatible with PCIe 4.0 and 3.0 motherboards. GIGABYTE Control Center software handles monitoring, fan curves, and overclocking.
⚠️ PSU requirement: This card requires a 650W PSU — higher than the 450–550W recommended for RTX 5060 variants. Verify your PSU meets this before purchasing, especially if upgrading from a lower-end system.
⚠️ 128-bit bus with 16GB: The bus width is the same as the 8GB RTX 5060. The VRAM capacity benefit is real and significant for texture-heavy workloads, but peak memory bandwidth (448 GB/s) is unchanged. At 1440p with DLSS enabled this card performs very well; native 4K at maximum settings in the most demanding titles will show the bus width limit.
⚠️ PCIe compatibility: PCIe 5.0 card operating at x8 electrical. Fully backwards compatible with PCIe 4.0 and 3.0 slots with no performance penalty at this tier.
