RDNA 3 Where It Counts

The RX 7600 sits on AMD’s 6nm RDNA 3 architecture with 2048 stream processors and a factory boost clock pushed to 2755 MHz — 100 MHz ahead of the reference design. Real-world 1080p gaming is the sweet spot: think high-refresh competitive titles and smooth performance across most modern AAA games at high settings. AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) support gives you an extra frame-rate headroom lever when you need it.

WINDFORCE Triple-Fan Cooling

Gigabyte fits three 80mm WINDFORCE fans with alternating spin directions — the outer two run anticlockwise, the middle clockwise — which reduces turbulence and improves static pressure across the heatsink. Five composite copper heatpipes make direct GPU contact, and a full-length metal backplate adds rigidity and keeps temps on the back of the PCB in check. The fans also stop entirely under light load for silent desktop use.

Connectivity and Display Output

The card carries two HDMI 2.1 and two DisplayPort 2.1 outputs, supporting up to four monitors simultaneously at resolutions up to 7680×4320. A single 8-pin PCIe power connector keeps cabling tidy, and Gigabyte includes a connector-seating LED indicator that lights up if the plug isn’t fully seated — a small but genuinely useful touch. Minimum recommended PSU is 550W.

⚠️ Heads up: The 8GB VRAM on a 128-bit bus can be a limitation at 1440p in VRAM-heavy titles. This card is optimised for 1080p — if 1440p is your primary target, consider stepping up to the RX 7700 XT.
