The Grandstream GWN7002 is a multi-WAN Gigabit VPN router with a built-in firewall, allowing businesses to build comprehensive wired, wireless, and VPN networks for one or many locations. Its key differentiator over the GWN7001 is the addition of dual SFP fibre ports and built-in PoE output, making it well-suited to environments where fibre uplinks or direct device powering are a requirement.

All ports on the GWN7002 are freely configurable as WAN or LAN, giving network administrators full flexibility to define the topology that best suits their environment. Traffic load balancing, failover, and bandwidth management capabilities maximise network reliability, ensuring continuous connectivity even when a primary WAN link goes down. The built-in PoE output ports allow the GWN7002 to directly power IP phones, access points, or other 48V passive PoE-compatible devices without a separate injector.

It can also be managed via GWN.Cloud and GWN Manager, Grandstream’s free cloud and on-premise network management tools, making it equally suited to centralised multi-site operations and standalone single-site deployments.
