The Core Ultra 7 256V is an Intel Series 2 V-Series processor — a low-power, high-efficiency design with 8 cores (4 performance + 4 LP efficiency), boosting up to 4.8 GHz and paired with Intel Arc 140V integrated graphics. Where previous ThinkCentre Tiny machines used Intel UHD graphics, the 50q Gen 6 steps up to a proper Arc GPU delivering 64 TOPS of GPU AI performance and supporting hardware-accelerated ray tracing and DirectX 12 — a meaningful generational step for a machine this size. Combined with the 47 TOPS NPU, total system AI performance reaches 115 TOPS, making this a fully certified Copilot+ PC eligible for Windows 11’s AI feature set including Recall, Live Captions, and Cocreator.
The 16GB LPDDR5X-8533 memory is soldered directly to the system board using MoP (Memory on Package) technology, eliminating slot overhead for better signal integrity and power efficiency in the compact chassis. This memory is not upgradeable, so the 16GB configuration is what it ships with for life.

Connectivity & I/O

For a 1-litre machine, the I/O is well-stocked. Front ports include 1x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C (10Gbps, 5V@3A charging), 1x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A (Always On, 5V@2.1A), and a headphone/mic combo jack. The rear provides 2x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, 2x USB 2.0 Type-A (one with Smart Power On), HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4b, and Gigabit Ethernet (RJ-45) — supporting up to three simultaneous displays via the onboard ports, with an optional punch-out port for a third display as VGA, a second HDMI, or a second DP. A 65W external power adapter keeps the power footprint minimal.

⚠️ The 16GB RAM is soldered and cannot be upgraded — buyers requiring more memory must select a higher-configured model at the time of purchase.

💡 The punch-out port at the rear is unpopulated by default on the SA model. A third display requires the appropriate punch-out card (VGA, HDMI, or DP), which can be added or retrofitted separately.
