The Delta RGB is Team Group’s most visually striking DDR4 memory line, and the design language is unmistakable. The hollow “R” on the heat spreader represents Revolution — built with a lighter and thinner metal material, the stereoscopic design matches with the ultra-wide-angle luminous area for a distinctive look. The full-frame 120° ultra-wide-angle illumination at the top emits colourful bright light with the built-in Force Flow RGB lighting effect, with colours changing smoothly to provide an unparalleled visual experience day or night.

RGB sync is compatible across all major motherboard ecosystems: ASUS Aura Sync, GIGABYTE RGB Fusion 2.0, MSI Mystic Light Sync, ASRock Polychrome Sync, and BIOSTAR Advanced VIVID LED DJ are all supported, alongside Team Group’s own T-Force BLITZ control software.

Performance & XMP 2.0

Timings are CL16-18-18-38 at DDR4-3200MHz with an operating voltage of 1.35V, with Intel XMP 2.0 supported for one-click overclocking. Without XMP enabled the module defaults to its JEDEC base speed — XMP must be activated in BIOS to achieve the rated DDR4-3200 at CL16.

💡 XMP must be enabled for rated speed: If XMP 2.0 is not enabled, the memory will run at the SPD default frequency (JEDEC standard), such as DDR4-2133/2400 or lower. This is a normal phenomenon and not a product defect. It is recommended to update your motherboard BIOS before installing to ensure optimal compatibility and performance.

Heat Spreader & Build Quality

The aluminium alloy heat spreader uses an asymmetrical minimalist design that keeps the module’s profile relatively slim while providing effective thermal dissipation for sustained CL16 operation. The working voltage of 1.2–1.4V ensures energy-efficient operation that reduces temperature and heat generated, offering stable long-term performance.

Compatibility

Multiple compatibility verifications with mainstream DDR4 motherboards ensure stability across all boards on the QVL (Qualified Vendor List), covering both Intel and AMD platforms. As a single 16GB stick it runs in single-channel mode by default; pairing with a second unit in the recommended dual-channel slots enables 32GB dual-channel and doubles the RGB presence.

⚠️ Single stick = single channel: For dual-channel bandwidth and a symmetrical RGB pairing, install a second module in your motherboard’s recommended paired DIMM slots. Refer to your board’s manual for the correct configuration.

⚠️ Check CPU cooler clearance: The Delta RGB heat spreader adds height to the module. Verify your CPU cooler’s RAM clearance before purchasing, particularly with large tower air coolers.
