The JM6400ALE-16G is a CUDIMM (Clocked Unbuffered DIMM), not a standard UDIMM. Like the Kingston ValueRAM CUDIMMs (KVR64A52BS6-8 and KVR64A52BS8-16) listed elsewhere in this range, the JM6400ALE-16G uses a 1Rx8 single-rank (2Gx8)×8 component composition with an integrated Clock Driver (CKD) that regenerates the DDR5 clock signal on-module for improved signal integrity at 6400MT/s. CUDIMMs are not universally compatible with all DDR5 motherboards — they require a CUDIMM-capable platform, primarily Intel Arrow Lake (Z890/B860) and later.

⚠️ CUDIMM requires CUDIMM-compatible motherboard and CPU: This module will not function in all DDR5 motherboards. Verify that your specific board and processor explicitly support CUDIMM before purchasing. CUDIMM support is primarily found on Intel Arrow Lake (Z890/B860) and later platforms — most existing Z690/Z790/X670E boards support standard UDIMM only.

The 6400MT/s module is also a CUDIMM rather than a standard UDIMM, requiring platform verification before purchase.
