The AD4U320016G22-SGN uses a single-rank x8 (1Rx8) configuration at DDR4-3200, in a 288-pin UDIMM form factor. The 1Rx8 topology at 16GB capacity requires higher-density DRAM chips than more common 2Rx8 alternatives, resulting in strong signal integrity and consistent performance across a wide range of motherboard configurations — including multi-slot deployments.

Meticulous compliance with JEDEC DDR4 specifications means fast clock frequencies up to 3200MHz combined with 20% power draw savings compared to DDR3, operating at a standard 1.2V. CL22 timings are consistent with all JEDEC DDR4-3200 modules in this value tier.
