Built in South Africa to international 19-inch rack standards using precision computerised machinery, the bolted easy-assembly frame is constructed from 1.2mm cold-rolled mild steel (CRMS), phosphated and powder-coated to 50–70 microns for a durable, corrosion-resistant black finish built for the demands of a working server room.

The lockable glass front door keeps all installed equipment clearly visible at a glance while maintaining a clean, professional finish — appropriate for dedicated server rooms and client-visible environments alike. Double mesh rear doors provide the sustained ventilation a fully loaded 42U cabinet requires, keeping airflow moving across high-density switching, compute, and power equipment under continuous load.
