R32,435.00 inc. VAT
The Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5080 Gaming OC puts NVIDIA’s Blackwell architecture to work in a triple-fan build with 16GB of GDDR7 memory across a 256-bit bus, boosting to 2730 MHz out of the box. WINDFORCE cooling with Hawk fans, a large vapour chamber, and server-grade thermal gel keep thermals in check under sustained load. Built for 4K and high-refresh 1440p gaming, with full support for DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation, ray tracing, and PCIe 5.0.

Description
Blackwell Performance, Factory Overclocked
The RTX 5080 Gaming OC ships with a 2730 MHz boost clock — up from the 2617 MHz reference spec — across 10,752 CUDA cores. NVIDIA’s Blackwell architecture brings fourth-generation RT Cores, fifth-generation Tensor Cores, FP4 compute, and DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation, delivering generational gains in both rasterisation and ray-traced workloads. NVIDIA Reflex 2 with Frame Warp further reduces system latency for competitive titles.
WINDFORCE Cooling System
Gigabyte’s WINDFORCE system on this card combines three Hawk fans with alternate-spin technology to reduce turbulence, a large vapour chamber for base heat spreading, composite copper heat pipes, 3D active fans, and screen cooling fins. Server-grade thermal conductive gel replaces standard paste between the die and heatspreader. The result is sustained boost clocks under extended gaming sessions without thermal throttling.
RGB, BIOS, and Build Quality
RGB Halo lighting runs along the card’s shroud and is addressable via GIGABYTE’s RGB Fusion 2.0 software. A Dual BIOS switch lets you choose between Performance and Silent fan profiles without software. The PCB features a reinforced structure, and a versatile VGA holder is included in the box — useful given the card’s 340 mm length and triple-slot footprint. Power is supplied via a single 16-pin 12VHPWR connector with a 360 W TDP.
Connectivity and Display Support
Three DisplayPort 2.1a ports and one HDMI 2.1b port support up to four simultaneous displays at resolutions up to 7680×4320 (8K). PCIe 5.0 x16 ensures no interface-side bottleneck on current-generation platforms. NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility is supported across all outputs.
⚠️ Size warning: This card measures 340 mm in length and occupies 3 slots. Confirm your chassis has adequate GPU clearance and a minimum of 360 W of available PCIe power before purchasing.
⚠️ Power connector: Requires a single 16-pin 12VHPWR connector. Ensure your PSU includes a native 12VHPWR cable or a compatible adapter — do not use daisy-chained adapters without confirming your PSU’s rating.
