⚠️ 4Kn Sector Format — Verify Compatibility Before Purchasing
The MG07ACA12TA uses 4K native (4Kn) sector format — physical and logical sectors are both 4,096 bytes with no 512-byte emulation layer. This requires a modern OS (Windows 8 and later, recent Linux kernels) and a compatible HBA or RAID controller that supports 4Kn drives. Legacy BIOS systems, older Windows versions, and some older RAID controllers may not support 4Kn drives. If you require broader legacy compatibility, the MG07ACA12TE is the 512e emulation variant of the same drive.
