The UCG-Ultra serves as the central controller for the entire UniFi network stack — managing UniFi switches, access points, and other network devices from the familiar UniFi Network interface, accessible via browser or the UniFi mobile app for iOS and Android. It runs UniFi Network only and does not support UniFi Protect (cameras) or UniFi Access (door control) — deployments requiring those applications should consider the Cloud Gateway Max instead.
