The Intel Core i5-12400 is a 12th Gen Alder Lake processor with 6 cores, 12 threads, and a boost frequency of 4.4 GHz, backed by an 18MB Intel Smart Cache and Intel UHD Graphics 730. It handles a busy home computing workload — streaming, video calls, content creation, photo editing, multi-tab browsing, and office applications running simultaneously — with comfortable headroom to spare. The 16GB DDR4-3200 is a solid starting point for home use, covering most day-to-day multitasking scenarios without needing an immediate RAM upgrade, with the H610M board supporting additional DIMM slots for future expansion.
