Heat Spreader & Build Quality
The Vulcan Z’s signature heat spreader design carries over in bold red on this variant. The heat spreader is formed by a punch press process with a 0.8mm thick, one-piece alloy aluminium construction to reinforce the body structure. The electrolytic anodising process enhances corrosion resistance and makes it non-conductive, while superconductive thermal adhesive maintains gaming memory within operating temperatures. The red anodised finish is vivid and build-neutral — it pops in windowed cases without requiring RGB sync software or any configuration.
Performance & XMP 2.0
Timings are CL16-18-18-38 at DDR4-3200MHz — primary CL16 latency puts this firmly in the enthusiast performance tier, significantly tighter than the CL22 JEDEC modules elsewhere in this range. XMP Profile 2.0 is supported for one-click overclocking on both AMD and Intel CPUs, with the module operating at 1.35V. Without XMP enabled the module defaults to its JEDEC base speed.
💡 XMP must be enabled for rated speed: If XMP 2.0 is not enabled, the memory will run at the SPD default frequency (JEDEC standard), such as DDR4-2133/2400 or lower. This is normal behaviour and not a product defect. It is recommended to update your motherboard BIOS before installing to ensure optimal compatibility and performance.
